Thought I should add the # to the title after looking back through old posts and realizing that with the same title on each, there is no way anyone can easily find one they may be looking for. I will try to rename them sometime in the future, but am totally swamped by life and work right now!

Didn't have time to post yesterday...I gave my talk and showed my little video at the St. Gabes mini ACTS retreat yesterday morning and that must've worn me out! I think all went well, though. Even got a few new Facebook friends out of it:)

Thought this one was kind of fun....but true.

I will be participating in an ACTS mini retreat this Saturday at St. Gabriel the
Archangel. I will be giving a talk and have notecards to sell:) I did get 8 designs printed as notecards because I had people asking me for some. I don't expect to get rich off of this, so I am selling them in packs for 4 for $5. At the retreat, the ACTS group will get a portion of the sales.

Another rainy day in St. Louis....I know the plants love it but I want some sun! And the rain seems to effect my choice of sayings too. Weird...the sun just popped out and is reflecting off my neighbors window right into my eyes!

Recently, a friend who lost a parent, told me that the posting of these pieces of art on Facebook had really helped her through a rough time. It is so wonderful to hear that this little 365 project is of help to anyone. These are still free to anyone who wants one, and I would love to hear from you!

Gave a piece of art to my hair stylist yesterday...because it was at her salon that I got the idea for this 365 project. Gave her the one from 2 days ago..."Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day". Turns out it was the perfect choice for her for that bad day she was having:) I love it when God works like that.

Yesterday afternoon felt like one of those days, when I found out that I lost some NOTES files on my iPad that contained a 12 minute talk that I had written. I was pretty upset, but just sat down right away and rewrote it in Word on my Mac cause I don't think I'll ever trust the NOTES app on my iPad again. Still looking for the beauty though....

I am currently planning to have some of these pieces printed as notecards. Some of my Facebook friends have requested it, and I may sell some at our ACTS mini retreat (to benefit ACTS in St. Gabes)...so I've been trying to pick out the ones that were most popular. I hope that I choose the ones that people will want! Will probably sell them in sets with multiple pieces per set...not all one saying. I will also sell them on my etsy sites, so will post here when they are available.

Yesterday, I had a friend ask if she could buy the one posted, so I am saying it again..the daily art is free for the asking! And I am marking the ones still available on this blog as well.

300 more to go:) I am really enjoying this though...yesterday's Facebook posting brought a lot of comments and I love to hear that a certain saying has inspired someone, or just really made them stop and think. As I said, most of my sayings lately come from Pinterest. And I know God helps me choose the daily quote. I couldn't do this without either of them!

I sure never learned this in Catholic grade school..it took going on an ACTS retreat to hear this and let it sink in. And, I am the director for the next women's retreat at St. Gabriel..so hopefully we can pass that thought on to others:)
