I just went through the whole blog and marked the artwork still available...there are only 4! I gave 42 away on my ACTS retreat, and then last night at our fire meeting, I put out whatever I had left and only ended up with 4:) Those available are marked in the heading...which makes more sense because then you can just browse the headings to find them. Our retreat was awesome!

I have just finished directing my ACTS retreat this weekend...didn't have time to do my artwork, so I got caught up this morning. It was an awesome experience, and one I wouldn't trade for the world. Definitely worth the time and energy over the last few months. What will I do now?

Working like crazy on artwork for Art in the Park on Sunday. Praying that the weather will cooperate.  I got so involved in work and ACTS planning this morning (cause I've been up since 4), that I just now got around to doing my 365 piece.

I was out of town visiting my son in Memphis. I did my art daily and posted on Facebook, but had to wait til I get home for the scanning into the computer. I am saving all of these for a while to give to the women on my ACTS team and anyone who goes on retreat in October.

Had our day of reflection for my ACTS team yesterday, so I was busy in the morning and didn't get a chance to post. Thinking that, soon, I may have to start saving my artwork to give away on retreat.

Seek joy....Our ACTS team has been focusing on JOY throughout our formation....going on 7 weeks now...almost half way through. It is amazing what that can do for you. Look for the good, the positive..and if you can't find it in the big things look for it in the little things. We are having our team mini-retreat tomorrow and I am so looking forward to spending the day with this wonderful group of faithful women.

Last night at our ACTS team meeting, we discussed how comparison blocks joy...also had a poster that says "Comparison is the thief of joy" (attributed to Teddy Roosevelt). So, this saying seemed very appropriate for today.

I am director of the next ACTS retreat at St. Gabriel parish in St. Louis. We start our team formation meetings tonight. Our theme is "Shout with JOY to the Lord", and we are going to focus on joy. I thought that this saying might help me to focus on the joy in my life too:)

Didn't have time to post yesterday...I gave my talk and showed my little video at the St. Gabes mini ACTS retreat yesterday morning and that must've worn me out! I think all went well, though. Even got a few new Facebook friends out of it:)

Thought this one was kind of fun....but true.

I will be participating in an ACTS mini retreat this Saturday at St. Gabriel the
Archangel. I will be giving a talk and have notecards to sell:) I did get 8 designs printed as notecards because I had people asking me for some. I don't expect to get rich off of this, so I am selling them in packs for 4 for $5. At the retreat, the ACTS group will get a portion of the sales.
